By leveraging each other’s strengths and curiosity, we’ve been able to build a best-in-class product, culture, and business.\n\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n• Design and build scalable real-time systems to solve problems that enhance utilization of employee benefits\n• Creating data models that are easy to use by various stakeholders\n• Partner closely with cross functional counterparts (product, design, ops, data etc.) to set and execute towards the vision for the team\n• Build high quality systems to help launch intentional benefits that delight users\n• Provide hands-on leadership on multiple fronts (architecture/design, code reviews, quality assurance and incident management) to other engineers\n• Establish and drive adoption of design and coding best practices within the team\n• Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes\n\n\nWho You Are:\n• 3+ years of software engineering experience\n• Experience building data models and rule engines\n• Experience converting complex APIs into simple solutions\n• Domain knowledge with configurations around managing/designing plans and enrollment of members\n• Experience working cross-functionally on high performing teams and handling sensitive data\n• Passion to build highly available and scalable processing systems and architectures\n• Owned the technical roadmap for large business areas\n• Enjoy mentoring other engineers in their technical careers to help them grow\n• Deep interest in changing the benefits landscape in the US and globally\n\n\nOur Technologies:\nThese are some of the technologies we use today.
