Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and improvement, within a talented team.\n\nThis role will lead and delivery/development of one or more key initiatives. The role is expected to have strong analytical skills along with deep technical expertise and, have ability to dive into technical details including design and development and troubleshooting of complex issues.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n• The role will require the person to gain an in-depth understanding of Capital Markets applications and technologies.\n• The person will work with other senior developers and Architects to help prioritize work for the platform.\n• Ability to design system architecture and execute the design into clear roadmaps, come up with estimates on user stories and evaluate story points.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n• Extensive experience in BI Solutions (ETL & Reporting) using SQL Server/Oracle, Tableau and SQL Programming using DDL, DML, DCL commands for various business applications.\n• Expert at developing ETL interfaces using SSIS, Data marts/cubes using SSAS and enterprise reports Tableau.\n• Expert in writing complex Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, and Cursors for various business applications.\n• Experience in Error handling and debugging coding issues and troubleshoot production problems.\n• Extensive Experience in RDBMS concepts such as Tables, User Defined Data Types, Indexes, Indexed Views, Functions, CTE’s, Table Variables and Stored Procedures.\n• Experience in SQL Optimizing by using SQL Profiler, Index Tuning Wizard, Database Tuning Advisor, DBCC Commands, DMV’s, DMFs and Query Execution Plans.\n• Expert in Extracting and Transforming data (ETL) from various heterogeneous sources and creating packages using SSIS, Import, Export Data, Bulk Insert and BCP utilities.\n• Excellent analytical/Communication Skills, Team Play and very much result Oriented.\n• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing Concepts and Data Modeling Techniques like Dimensional Data Modeling, Star Schema Modeling and Snow-Flake Modeling.\n• Good understanding of Normalization /De-normalization and database design methodology.\n• 5+ years of total experience in BI tools.\n• At least 3+ years of data visualization using Tableau 2020 or higher.\n• Familiarity with Thought Spot is a major plus.\n\n\nDesired Qualification: B.
